Accordion Folding Sand Filled Gabion Guard Tower ( Type 2 )

 This type of sand fill ballistic bulletproof towers can be built up to 3 floors. You can build ballistic surveillance and security towers very quickly and economically . Our accordion type folding gabion towers can be transported to the field very quickly and provide a fast tower formation with its modular structure in a practical way .

 Our baskets filled with sand. It absorbs the pressure and shrapnel formed as a result of the explosion . It provides life safety to military personnel in towers. When desired, the sands inside can be emptied and moved to another region and installed. Creating gabion sand towers in different designs is entirely up to your wishes and design. We have ballistic bulletproof glass-frame-door joinery for open observation windows and entry-exit doors.

 We have geotextile fabrics inside our gabion steel baskets. After the accordion type baskets are opened and placed on the ground, sand is filled inside the baskets. Geotextile fabric prevents the outflow of sand . We have beige and gray geotextile fabrics.

 After the base of the Security Tower is completed , sand is filled into the Baskets . The base steels dividing the towers are placed . Base steels are made of non-slip type serrated steel. This steel is welded on NPI steels. It is fully hot-dip galvanized, resistant to rust. By adding the parts to each other in a modular way, the desired size of the floor and roof floor can be easily created.

 After the first floor of the tower is built, the second floor is started to be built. Section steels are placed between the first floor and the second floor . On this section steel, accordion type gabion baskets are placed again and sand is filled.

In this way, ground and first floor watchtowers are formed. Additional floors can also be added on the tower upon request. The tower height can be increased. If the Watch Tower is to be finished, the roof floor can be placed last, and accordion-opening gabion baskets can be placed on it, sand fillings can be made and the tower can be shaded.
