The Working Logic of Our Product is Briefly As Follows.

1. Our product is taken from the charging unit.

2. It is placed under the truck tire to be locked and fixed.

3. The IP67 PNP limit switches in our product, which are completely placed under the truck tire, detect the tire.

4. And sends information to the remote control panel.

5. After receiving the information that the tire is locked, our PLC unit and software turn on the red light of the traffic light and give a sound signal for 10 seconds. This signal is a warning that there is a wedge under the tire.

6. When the traffic light turns red, the system software allows the door to be loaded to be opened. If the red light does not turn on, the loading door will not open and the forklift will not be allowed to go to the loading dock.

7. When the traffic light turns red, if there is a loading bellows and a loading ramp on the dock, the system software allows them to work. If the red light does not turn on, the loading bellows and the loading ramp will not work.

If the tire wedge is removed before the loading door is closed, the forklift is removed from the loading dock before entering the factory, and the loading ramp and bellows are collected, the red light starts flashing continuously and the audible signal is given continuously until the wedge is placed under the tire again.
