The MAdoorsscan Mx-60 X-ray Trailer series is designed to scan trucks and cargo containers to verify the contents and identify the presence of hidden contraband such as weapons, explosives, and narcotics as they roam the implanted system. The MAdoorsscan Mx-60 is a trailer-mounted, high-energy inspection system with material discrimination for efficient screening of vehicles for threats and contraband. The fully self-contained unit can be easily towed and rapidly deployed, with several operating modes for additional flexibility.

 The MAdoorsscan MX-60 is an advanced trailer-mounted inspection system that combines high-energy transmission imaging with MDRS-Scab technology for comprehensive inspection of cargo and vehicles. The transmission image provides high penetration and resolution with material discrimination, while Smartdedect technology provides photo-like images that highlight organic threats and contraband such as drugs, currency, cigarettes, and explosives. The trailer scans stationary cargo in autonomous drive-by mode, allowing operators to screen unoccupied vehicles for bumper-to-bumper inspection. In optional portal mode, the trailer scans vehicles driven through the X-ray tunnel, which can be used either with automatic cab exclusion or with MDRS-Scab mode to image the entire vehicle.

 The MAdoorsscan MX-60 also operates in Smartdedect only mode in order to generate Smartdedect images without the need to deploy the boom. The on-board inspection office can house up to four inspectors to facilitate high-throughput operation. The MAdoorsscan MX-60 is built on a commercially available, heavy-duty, solid-frame trailer chassis with 2 rear axles and a standard fifth wheel for rapid and safe connection to standard tractor units capable of towing a load of at least 25 metric tons. 

 The latest MAdoorsscan MX-60 series is a revolutionary solution providing more enhanced screening and security features such as Smartdedect technology for organic/inorganic material discrimination. The trailer based version uses a range of accelerators from 4MeV to 6MeV and combines all the advantages of a mobile system while eliminating the need for a full time truck platform. This provides a convenient solution for port, border, and applicable checkpoints.

 The MAdoorsscan MX-60 based on a trailer chassis, can be towed by a standard tractor on any road and move from site to site, adapting to the customer’s needs. Its approved road clearance is in conformity with most of the worldwide road regulations. The MAdoorsscan MX-60 is designed for ease of operation requiring a minimal footprint and external infrastructure while still integrating the most demanding international security screening requirements.
